9 Weeks discovering Po Delta Park
Following the success of the last editions (2007-2008) countersigned by a rich program of slow tourism excursions and guided visits, it is intended to propose an equally rich program of novelties and special excursions to attract the most number of visitors as possible, attracted by characteristics of exclusiveness and oneness of offers. Weekends will be hosted in the most suggestive places of the Po Delta Park, that will allow to enjoy the territory through forms of SLOW tourism, a slow and quality tourism that moves respecting the environment and the landscape, inhabitants of the territories, the traditions and local uses, typical products. An avant-garde niche tourism that succeeds to line up its discovery rhythm to the natural rhythm of the flow of time.
1st April - 11th April
Special events in Cervia-Ravenna, town in nature
that will have place from the 1st of April to the 11th of April 2010, with a program of over a week rich in events, with exhibitions, conferences, laboratories, guided visits that starting from the city will bring to discover the most suggestive naturalistic places in Cervia’s area. Events that will involve the great public in the discovery of a world where environment and nature are the undisputed protagonists, perhaps “armed” of cameras, camcorders, binoculars and other specific equipments.
30th April - 2nd May
International Po Delta Birdwatching and Nature Tourism Fair in Comacchio
An expository area that involves companies of optics and photography sectors, publishing, sportswear, T.O. and naturalistic destinations, Parks, corporate bodies and present associations in the last editions. There will be new sections dedicated to the market sectors referred to “Slow Tourism” concept, that is slow tourism such as the nautical river one, the cycle-tourist runs, the quality wine and food runs and itineraries, the nature and comfort matching. We are working at the project of preparation of the expository village, predisposing functional and beguiling spaces in order to guarantee the maximum visibility to each exhibitor. During the demonstration they will be organized photographic workshop, competitions for photography and environmental documentaries, lessons of birdwatching, lectures, shows and guided visits in the excellence and most exclusive destinations of Po Delta Park where visitors can test the main novelties in optics and photography sectors.
